Keystone Project cancelled-- Energy East

With the Keystone pipeline cancelled by the Biden Government-- Our Federal Government should be making every effort to support " The Energy East" project that the Prime Minister refused to endorse when first elected. Stop hindering the efficiencies of Canadas largest refinery. Stop doing Québec's wishes. Be proactive. Lets not forget that the Prime minister in September 2020 was promoting Quebec Hydro Power to supply all electricity for the Atlantic Provinces. (Quebec needs NB Powers right of ways Transmission Lines)
